ABOUT PHILIPPINE GENERATIONS

We are a Non for Profit organisation that promotes the Philippines and the voice of under-represented Filipino minority within the City of London, without any distinction.


We are made of second generation Filipinos in the UK, young professionals who would like to make a difference within and outside the Filipino community. We are made up of volunteers that are dedicated to meet our aims and visions through our ethnic identity. We see the Filipino community to further integrate in multicultural Britain while instilling Filipino pride. We welcome everyone to join our movement young & old to promote & create awareness about the Philippines, its culture and its people to multicultural Britain.

We see the establishment of a Centre in Westminster to act as a focal point for the Filipino-British community and the development of a sustainable event in Westminster open for all to celebrate the Philippines, its people and culture.

We do this by providing services, information, support and networking opportunities designed to educate, inspire and enrich the Filipino-British community.

Arozcaldo is a popular merienda/snack in the Philippines, a comfort food and perfect for a loved one with a cold. One of Pinoy's favorite dish!

Biko (Rice Cake with Caramel) <
Biko is a traditional Filipino desert, it is usually served during parties and holidays such as birthdays and fiesta's.
Biko is made from malagkit (glutinous) rice, coconut, sugar top or mix with latik (caramel). Some mix the latik with the rice and sometimes also add some latik toppings more recipe here!
